Did you know that every year there’s a National Gingerbread House Competition held in North Carolina? This year, an edible structure called the ‘Wishing House’ took away the grand prize and will stay on display, along with 40 other amazing gingerbread creations, throughout January at the Omni Grove Park Inn in Asheville, North Carolina.
