I second the suggestion for therapy. It helps. It may take a while, it may take switching counselors until you find someone you "click" with (I had to go through five before I got one i could connect with), but it's worth it.

I watched it the other night randomly, it is good. Basically it shows you how all these nuclear-weapon producing towns weren't put on the map and the Russian government provide these towns with a MUCH higher standard of living than the rest of Russia. Bit of a tradeoff though because 40 years later everyone has cancer and the government isn't willing to compensate anymore.

On a family vacation when I was about nine or ten I was verbally fighting with my brother in my sleep and then tried to punch/slap my cousin, who I was sharing a bed with. It escalated to sleep screaming and I woke all the other family members up. When they woke me up, I had no idea.
Several times when I was younger, ages 6 through 12, I apparently had nightmares in my sleep where I'd scream and mumble things. I'd been woken up on several occasions at friends sleepovers and driven back home because the parents didn't want to deal with it.
I lost it when the driver started trying to use the sidewalk.
The moment when my arm went through glass and I almost bled out. Happen when I was 3 and still remember it like it happen last week 19 years later.
Ive seen enough to get a basic understanding, and i know when youre on drugs you arent going to be eating anything for the most part. When i was touring Vancouver for a school trip we were told to buy some food and give it to some homeless people, while some of the people in my group met and gave food to some people who werent homeless because of drug abuse, the guy that i got proceeded to throw the sandwich in the dirt, tell me to give him money or fuck off and then to top it off he pulled his dick out and starting pissing in the direction of our bus full of ninth graders. I wont tell ya not to do drugs, but stay away from the hard 3, Meth, Crack and Heroin.
