Betty Boop made her second screen appearance in the 1930 Fleischer Studios' cartoon, BARNACLE BILL THE SAILOR. Voiced by Margie Hines, Betty still sported some of the canine features she had in her debut cartoon, DIZZY DISHES (1930).
