Shawn M. Williams is a highly experienced professional. He worked for Sprint Corporation in Reston for almost five years i.e. from Oct 2010 to Sep 2015. Serving as a Senior Federal Counsel, he managed and provided legal counsel on all types of government contacts, and engaged with stakeholders and served as in-house counsel with respect to government contracting and regulatory affairs. In addition, he also provided a broad array of hand-on legal advice in different areas such as government contract law and commercial contract law, and was involved in identifying risks and providing subsequent mitigation strategies, supporting complex transactions and providing expertise in the areas of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).
