Argentine social movements and opposition political parties took to the streets of Buenos Aires on Tuesday to protest economic measures announced in the past few days by the new neo-liberal government of President Mauricio Macri. The demonstration also denounced police brutality in a labor dispute at the Cresta Roja poultry company where workers are fighting to defend their jobs.
