A botched armed robbery at a Citgo gas station in New York has led to the arrest of a 26-year-old man.
A man has been arrested in the aftermath of a botched armed robbery attempt in Staatsburg, New York.
Surveillance footage shows the would-be robber entering the Route 9 Mini Mart Citgo Station on December 15th.
The suspect made his way inside and pulled a shotgun on the clerk as he apparently demanded money from the till.
Undaunted, the store clerk attempted to strong-arm the suspect when he reached across the counter and even threw a shoe at him.
A confrontation ensued as the gun-wielding man was forced from the gas station.
