From the northern mission start point, head straight to the prisoners, through the canyon. Fulton extract both of them, as well as the two four-wheel drives, then quickly climb on top of one of the containers and Fulton recover it to exfiltrate the area immediately (remembering that you can only successfully complete this trick by holding △(PS4)/Y(XOne) down until the extraction process is complete).
