WhatsApp is back in use in Brazil after a 13-hour interruption ruled by a Sao Paulo judge when the company failed to comply with two judicial rulings to share information in a criminal case involving a Sao Paulo drug trafficker. As many as 100 million people are estimated to use WhatsApp in Brazil.
