My big fat Afghan wedding: Bill imposed to cap costs

Weddings in Afghanistan don't come cheap. It can cost the groom all his life savings and the guest list often counts thousands of guests. Lawmakers has now passed a bill that puts a cap on costs and limits the number of wedding guests.
