Emilie Olsen: Parents of Fairfield middle schooler file federal lawsuit citing bullying in suicide

Emilie Olsen's parents have filed a federal lawsuit that accuses 10 Fairfield City Schools officials and the school board of knowing the 13-year-old was bullied at school and not acting to stop it before she committed suicide last year.
