Official: 2 killed, 1 hurt after helicopter crashes in Arizona

Air Methods, a medical transport company, confirmed Wednesday that two crew members were killed when the helicopter they were in crashed east of Apache Junction. A third crew member has survived and is "safe" according to a company spokesperson.
