Kenneth McDuff murdered three teenagers in 1966, went to death row, was actually set to be executed, then a series of events led to his sentence being commuted. Then he was paroled in 1989 due to over-crowding and murdered at least 11 more women before his 1992 arrest. McDuff is believed to have murdered dozens of people besides the 14 known victims.
