Wild Boyz is a Native American homosexual gang based out of Pine Ridge, South Dakota primarily consisting of members of the Lakota tribe. It is unknown how many members claim allegience to the gang, however, it is known that Wild Boyz have a strong presence in the LGBT groups of South Dakota.
