I have been actively training BJJ at Paramount since 2009. It's really life changing. Such a positive family atmosphere with really good people. If you want to get into shape, learn self defense or just get really good at BJJ- Paramount is the place to train.
Brad is the head instructor and is always available to give you honest feedback and help you reach your goals. I can't say enough about Paramount and the positive experience I've had for the past 6 plus years.
