Criminal justice reform is more than theoretical for former attorney general Eric H. Holder Jr. — it’s personal, as well. Holder returns back to his old neighborhood in East Elmhurst, Queens, to reflect on his childhood friends who got caught in the cycle of drugs and the criminal justice system.
