This dehydrator's square trays make it easier to dry jerky more flat and evenly. The adjustable thermostat - will Control the temperature for perfect drying every time. Base unit comes with four break resistant, dishwasher safe trays; but we have expanded it up to eight trays. The drying pressure automatically adjusts to the number of trays being used, and the Converga-Flow drying action ensures fast, even heat distribution; no need to rotate trays.
