The NBC reality competition "America's Got Talent" is currently holding a nationwide search for talent. The show will be auditioning in Atlanta this month. Auditions will be held January 29th and 30th from 8A.m. to 7 P.M. at the America's Mart in best atlanta hotel at 240 Peachtree Street. Those auditioning must enter at 235 Williams Street. By the time I got back there it was almost time to go home for the day. I laughed about it and told my buddy, "Wow, I really got away with one. I didn't even have to do any work today. All I had to do was drive!", and IMMEDIATELY the light turned on in my head. What about becoming a truck driver????
If you need caffeine and/or a break from Starbucks, Caribou coffee is right above the station in the Peachtree Center Mall. There is a Starbucks across the street as well.
Many people advise taking MARTA to the mall. You can bring folding chairs but most people just stand. The best views are from around the stage or near Peachtree and Lenox Roads.
