I've been training at Paramount for several months now and can't say enough good things about the place. The instruction is first class, as are the facilities. The staff and students are always kind and helpful with no egos to be seen.In my opinion there's really nowhere that comes close for martial arts training. I've met people who are mainly at Paramount to get in shape all the way to people who are serious about competing in MMA. Training at Paramount has given me a positive focus point in my life to replace several bad ones and I can't thank them enough for that.
