Xhenifer Xhemson është një shtetase angleze, e cila ka zgjedhur te udhëtojë nga Britania e Madhe drejt Tiranës, jo për pushime, por për te kryer disa shërbime dentare ne Shqipëri. Çmimi dhe cilësia e punës janë dy arsyet qe ajo pohon pse ndodhet këtu. "Është hera e pare qe vij ne Shqipëri, por miqtë e mi shqiptare ne Londër me sugjeruan te vij këtu dhe te kryej shërbimet dentare. E para, sepse çmimet janë favorizuese, po kështu edhe cilësia e shërbimit është e shkëlqyer." Stina e verës shfrytëzohet maksimalisht nga shume emigrante e te huaj te tjerë për te rregulluar dhembet ne klinikat shqiptare. Ne vendet ku ata punojnë e jetojnë, tarifat shpesh janë te papërballueshme. Sipas të dhënave te shërbimit dentar ne vendin tone çmimet në klinikat vendase janë 30-50% më të lira se në klinikat e huaja. Nëse në Itali për një mbushje te dhëmbëve duhet te paguash 250 euro, ne Greqi 180 euro ne Angli 300 paund e ne Amerike 400 dollarë ne Shqipëri paguhet mesatarisht nga 15 deri ne 35 euro. E ndërsa ne Shqipëri flitet për trendin gjithnjë e ne rritje te turizmit dentar, vete shqiptaret, sipas stomatologes Estela Halimi, janë pacientet me problematike. Ata interesohen për fëmijët dhe harrojnë veten e tyre.
