Ilir Meta ka preferuar pas kthimit nga pushime malore të takohet me disa nga emrat e propozuar si ministra të kabinetit te ardhshëm qeveritar. Edmond Panariti, Nasip Naço dhe Edmond Haxhinasto, kanë diskutuar me kryetarin e LSI për bashkëqeverisjen me socialistët. Pas këtij takimi, Meta ka sqaruar pse zgjodhi 5 ministri të cilat nuk i kishte në bashkëqeverisje me demokratët, por ruajti te njëjtët ministra si ne kabinetin Berisha. Meta tha se qeveria e re vjen me ambicie te mëdha e pjese e realizimit te reformave, do të jetë dhe bashkëpunimi me opozitën, këtë radhe me ne krye Lulzim Bashen. Kryetari i LSI tha se bashkëqeverisja me PS do te jete e suksesshme, ndërsa ka marrë nga tre ministrat gjatë takimit, propozime konkrete për dikasterin që përfaqësojnë, siç konfirmon Edmond Haxhinasto. Javën e kaluar dhe kryetari i PS, Edi Rama, u takua me emrat e propozuar për postet ministrore ne selinë e PS.
