Ndonëse kjo e hënë shënon ditën e peste pa rroga, duke lene ne pritje mijëra buxhetore, shume punonjës te administratës kane ngurruar te flasin publikisht per kete vonese te paprecedent. 87 mijë është në total numri i nëpunësve shtetërorë të cilët e kane nisur javën pa marrë pagën e korrikut. Arsimtarët, bluzat e bardha, punonjësit e policisë si dhe gjithë zyrtaret e punonjësit e ministrive prisnin rrogën ne datën 1 gusht, pasi nje pjese e madhe e tyre kishte planifikuar pushimet vjetore. Zv/ministri i Financave, Nezir Haldeda, ka sqaruar për Vizion Plus, se vonesat lidhen me zëvendësimin që i është bërë serverit qendror të thesarit të shtetit, i cili pas tre javë mosfunksionimi është vënë në punë te premten e kaluar. Për shkak të fluksit të madh të pagesave, kanë ndodhur edhe problemet me rrogat e administratës. Nga ana tjetër, disa prej bankave tregtare që bëjnë shpërndarjen e fondit të thesarit për punonjësit, janë shprehur jashtë kamerës se deri më sot dega e thesarit nuk ka çelur asnjë fond.
