Bënja është një nga zonat e Përmetit, 8 kilometër larg qytetit, ku janë bashke historia dhe mjekësia. Te paren e gjejmë ne urën shekullore te Katiut, ndërtuar nga Ali Pashe Tepelena, ndërsa mjekësia ne ujërat termale ne lumin e Langarices, poshtë urës.
