Rrugët e kryeqytetit njihen per trafikun e renduar dhe per pasoje veshtiresine qe sjell ne punën e te gjitha institucioneve menaxhuese te situatave problematike per qytetarët. Problemi me zjarret ne vendin tone ka edhe një tjetër faktor shtese që e favorizon. Pjesa më e madhe e pallateve, që megjithëse të ndërtuara rishtazi në kryeqytet, nuk janë të pajisur me asnjë lloj mase mbrojtëse ndaj zjarrit. Për qarkun e Tiranës ku është edhe përqendrimi më i madh i popullsisë dhe bizneseve, drejtoria e Përgjithshme e Zjarrfikësve sqaron se operojnë pesë qendra kundër zjarrit të cilat mund të ndërhyjnë në çdo moment duke minimizuar pasojat. Gjatë këtij viti ne ende nuk jemi përballur me situatë problematike siç ishte ajo e një viti më parë me zjarre ne zona të ndryshme të vendit, ku më e rënda ishte ajo në malin e Dajtit.
