Strukturat ilegale kane nisur te pezullojnë veprimtarinë e tyre ne veri te Kosovës, ne kuadër te marrëveshjes se 19 prillit, te nënshkruar ne Bruksel mes kryeministrave Thaçi e Daciç. Përfaqësues te larte te policisë kane konfirmuar mbylljen e 11 Zyrave te ministrisë se Puneve te Brendshme te Serbisë. Ky proces po monitorohet nga institucionet e Prishtinës dhe nje grup i posaçme i EULEX-it. Këta te fundit duhet te raportojnë ne Bruksel lidhur me progresin qe është arritur ne terren. Pavarësisht këtij lajmi, mediat shkruajnë se ne pjesën veriore te Mitrovicës vërehet prania e përfaqësuesve te te ashtuquajturës "mbrojtjes civile", ose rojeve ne disa pikekalime kryesore. Nje nga këto është struktura ilegale serbe ndodhet përgjatë magjistrales Mitrovicë-Jarinje, ne hyrje te Leposavicit. Lajmi per mbylljen graduale te këtyre zyrave ilegale qe financohen nga Beogradi zyrtar është përshëndetur edhe nga zyrtare te larte te PDK-së, AAK-së dhe partive te tjera ne Kosovë. Ata thane se ky është hapi i pare, por mbetet ende shume pune për te bere. Heqja e strukturave paralele ne veri është një nga 15 pikat e marrëveshjes Prishtinë - Beograd qe është nënshkruar ne Bruksel nen ndërmjetësimin e zonjës Kethrine Eshton.
Illegal structures have started to suspend their activities in the north of Kosovo, in the context of the April 19 agreement, signed in Brussels between the prime Minister Dacic.
