59 denoncime ne 18 muaj dhe asnje i denuar deri tani. Ky eshte bilanci i kallëzimeve penale nga Kontrolli i Larte i Shtetit për rastet e konstatuara me abuzime me fondet publike. Vetëm per gjashte muajt e pare te ketij viti jane bere 19 kallëzime penale. Kater prej tyre jane referuar ne prokurorinë e Tiranës per zyrtare dhe punonjës te institucioneve ne kryeqytet, ku vetem per dy prej tyre prokuroria ka regjistruar procedimin penal. Ndersa per dy rastet e tjera eshte vendosur pushimi i çeshtjes, pasi kallëzimet kane qene te pabazuara. Kjo duket se eshte edhe thembra e Akilit e denoncimeve qe vijnë nga KLSH. Edhe pse demi financiar llogaritet ne miliona leke, ne dosje mungojnë faktet e plota per te fajësuar zyrtaret ndonese vetem pak kohe me pare, mes dy krerëve te institucioneve u nënshkrua edhe një memorandum bashkëpunimi. Aktualisht nen hetim janë tre ish-drejtues te qendrës Spitalore Universitare "Nene Tereza" te cilët akuzohen se kane punësuar ne kete institucion 100 deri 150 persona mbi organiken e lejuar, duke i shkaktuar buxhetit te shtetit nje dem te konsiderueshëm. Ne hetim janë edhe katër zyrtare te ministrisë se Punës pasi gjate auditimit te KLSH-së u konstatuan disa shkelje ne blerjen e pajisjeve, organizimin e aktiviteteve si dhe shpenzime te padrejta per shërbime jashtë shtetit. Ndërkohë, nje numër i madh kallëzimesh janë depozituar ne prokuroritë e rretheve, ku te akuzuar janë zyrtare te bashkive e komunave për te cilat organi i akuzës ka bere me dije se janë ende ne faze verifikimi.
