Kjo eshte biseda e pare mes te dyve, pas perfundimit te zgjedhjeve parlamentare te 23 qershorit, ku koalicioni i majte, rezultoi fitues me 84 mandate deputetesh. Ditet e fundit, nderkombetaret kane ndermarre nje tur takimesh me aktoret kryesore politike ne vend, dhe kryefjala e mesazheve te tyre, ka qene tranzicioni i bute i pushtetit. Duket ne kete logjike zhvillohet edhe biseda e sotme mes presidentit Nishani dhe kreut te LSI-së, Meta. Ne baze te Kushtetutes, parlamenti i ri kostituohet ne fillim te shtatorit, dhe vetem me pas votebesohet edhe kabineti i ri qeveritar.
