Vetëm pese ore kane rezistuar komisioneret e KZAZ-së nr. 33 ne kryeqytet duke numëruar votat dhe pas kesaj kane vendosur te ndërpresin ketë proces për 5 ore te tjera pushim. Ne harkun kohor prej 5 orësh te numërimit te votave nuk kane munguar problemet teknike, por edhe mosmarrëveshje mes palëve te komisionereve. Nga 80 kuti votimi qe ndodhen ne kete KZAZ, ka përfunduar procesi i numërimit ne 12 prej tyre, dhe pritet qe ne orën 16:00 te rinise procesi i numërimit te 68 kutive te mbetura.
