Procesi i 23 qershorit do te monitorohet jo vetëm nga faktori ndërkombëtar por edhe nga organizatat vendore te cilat kane akredituar mbi 7 500 vëzhgues. Koalicioni i vëzhguesve vendore i cili ka ndjekur disa procese zgjedhore ka angazhuar 1500 vëzhgues te cilët do te ndjekin procesin ne 700 qendra votimi dhe ne 89 komisionet zonale te administrimit zgjedhor ku do te realizohet procesi i numërimit. Te gjitha te dhënat e grumbulluara nga e gjithë Shqipëria do te përpunohen ne Tirane dhe koalicioni do te nxjerre informacione për te gjitha zhvillimet ore pas ore.
June 23 process will be monitored not only by the international community but also from local organizations which have over 7500 accredited observers. The coalition of local observers who attended the various elections in 1500 has committed observers who will follow the process in 700 polling stations and 89 regional committees of electoral administration which will be implemented counting process. All data collected from all over Albania in Tirana will be processed and the coalition will generate information on all developments hour after hour.
