Mbrëmjen e se dieles, para nisjes se mitingut te partisë Demokratike ne qytetin e Cërrikut 54-vjecari, Dilaver Hyseni, ne gjendje te dehur ka plagosur me thike efektivin e policisë Bashkim Malo. 40-vjeçari është qëlluar nje here ne koke dhe dy here ne shpatull kur ai ndodhej ne shërbim për mbarëvajtjen e mitingut. Efektivi i policisë se Elbasanit ndodhet jashte rrezikut per jetën. Deri tani ne qarkun e Elbasanit janë kryer 300 aktivitete elektorale te mbikëqyrur nga 290 shërbime policore dhe 150 mjete.
