Fushata elektorale e demokrateve është zhvendosur në Belsh të qarkut të Elbasanit, nga ku kryeministri Berisha ka premtuar hapjen e vendeve te reja të punës nëse PD-së do t'i besohet nga elektorati, një mandat tjetër katër-vjeçar. Kryeministri Berisha u ndal gjatë në zhvillimin ekonomik te vendit. Ai akuzoi kryetarin e PS-së si pengues të një sërë reformash. Por pavarësisht kësaj, kryeministri premtoi para banoreve të Belshit një sërë investimesh që lidhen me bujqësinë dhe sektorë të tjerë jetike. Para se te udhëtonte drejt Belshit, kryeministri Berisha ka festuar ne Tiranë me fëmijët edhe ditën e 1 Qershorit.
