Ndersa ka përuruar qendrën kulturore, nje investim me vlere 225 milionë leke, kryeministri Berisha ka vlerësuar ndryshimet pozitive te Kamzës gjate viteve te fundit, pa harruar te heqë paralele me punën e Edi Rames ne krye te bashkise, i cili sipas tij nuk ndërtoi asnjë shkolle te re pasi sheshet e ndërtimit i përdori vetëm për pallate. Sipas kryeministrit, e vetmja rilindje qe premton te sjelle partia Socialiste është ajo e bllokmenëve. Sipas kryeministrit Berisha, partia Demokratike është e përkushtuar per te përmirësuar jetën e shqiptareve kudo qe jetojnë.
