Gjate inaugurimit te një rruge ne komunën Guri i Zi, lideri i maxhorances premtoi se mandati i trete do te ketë ne fokus përmirësimin e infrastrukturës, ndërtimin e rrugëve, shkollave dhe ujesjellesave. Kryeministri premtoi se ne 4 vitet e ardhshme Shqipëria do te marre statusin e vendit kandidat dhe do te hape negociatat me BE. Kryeministri ftoi shkodranet te votojnë PD ne 23 qershor pasi alternativa tjetër sipas tij është ajo e shpifjes dhe mashtrimit.
