Kryeministri Sali Berisha ka kërkuar mandatin e 5 nga qytetaret e Dibrës. Gjate mitingut te prezantimit te kandidateve për deputet ne peshkopi lideri i maxhorances deklaroi se infrastruktura do te mbetet prioritet i qeverisjes duke premtuar edhe njëherë përfundimin e Rrugës se Arbrit brenda 2 viteve te para te mandatit te trete. Gjate vizitës ne Peshkopi kryeministri Berisha përuroi edhe gjimnazi "Said Najdeni" ku deklaroi se mandatin e trete qeveria do te vazhdoje investimet ne arsim.
Prime Minister Sali Berisha has sought mandate from the citizens of Chair 5.
