Faktori ndërkombëtar ka intensifikuar takimet qe kane ne fokus mbarëvajtjen e zgjedhjeve parlamentare. Roberto Batelli, i cili është caktuar si Koordinator Special i misionit te vëzhguesve afatshkurtër të OSBE-së ka takuar ministrin e Jashtëm Aldo Bumçi si dhe kreun e FRD, Bamir Topi. Ndersa gjate takimit me shefin e diplomacise shqiptare Batelli ka marre garanci për zhvillimin e zgjedhjeve me standarde, ne bashkëbisedimin me ish-presidentin Topi , ky i fundit i ka paraqitur shqetësimin per klimën politike si dhe mos-funksionimin e KQZ. Shqetësim per KQZ ka shprehur ne nje konference per shtyp edhe kreu i LSI, Ilir Meta, i cili ka theksuar gatishmërinë e opozitës, per nje zgjidhje qe rikthen besimin ne kete institucion. Dy dite me pare ambasadori amerikan Arvizu deklaroi publikisht shqetësimin e Shteteve te Bashkuara per KQZ, por sipas tij palët jane ende larg gjetjes se një kompromisi.
The international meetings that have intensified the focus on conduct of parliamentary elections. Roberto Batelli, who has been appointed as Special Coordinator of the observer mission of the OSCE short-met Aldo Foreign Minister and Head of FRD, Topi. While during the meeting with the head of Albanian diplomacy has taken Batelli guarantee for the development of standards elections, in conversation with former President Topi, the latter has shown concern for the political climate and the non-functioning of the CEC. CEC has expressed concern about a press conference at the head of the SMI, Ilir Meta, who emphasized the readiness of the opposition for a solution that restores confidence in this institution. Two days ago the U.S. Ambassador Arvizu publicly stated concerns of the United States for CEC, but its sides are still far from finding a compromise.
