Skandal ne arsimin publik shqiptar. Drejtoret e shkollave detyrojnë mësuesit te marrin pjese ne aktivitetet e fushatës elektorale. Rasti flagrant ka ndodhur ne qytetin e Fierit. Nëpërmjet nje letre elektronike, krerët e drejtorisë arsimore te Fierit detyrojnë drejtuesit e shkollave per pjesëmarrjen e mësuesve ne mitingun e Partisë Demokratike, te mbrëmjes te se mërkurës ne qendër te qytetit. E-maili është bere publik nga deputeti socialist Ervin Koci e cili e ka cilësuar te turpshëm këtë rast duke kërkuar përgjegjësi penale per drejtuesit e arsimit ne rrethin e Fierit. Ndërsa drejtori i përgjithshëm i arsimit parauniversitar duke u distancuar nga ky skandal, deklaron qëndrimin zyrtar për këtë çështje. Ne lidhje me skandalin e drejtorisë arsimore te Fierit ka reaguar Komiteti Shqiptar i Helsinkit. Kryetarja Vjollca Meçe i kujton klasës politikes kushtetutën dhe kodin zgjedhor. Ne fakt ky skandal, nuk është i pari. Forcat politike dhe ne mënyre te veçante partia ne pushtet, përdor sistematikisht punonjësit e administratës për te mbushur sheshet apo ambientet, ku zhvillohen mitingjet elektorale. Çdo refuzim nga ana e administratës, do te thotë rrezik për vendin e punës.
