Gjate kësaj ceremonie, Berisha u ndal tek disa nga problemet qe biznesi has me institucionet fiskale, siç janë zbatimi i çmimeve te referencës, pagesa e tatimit mbi vlerën e shtuar etj, por ai theksoi se qeveria do te vijoje te mbaje një qëndrim miqësor ndaj biznesit duke premtuar zgjidhjen e shqetësimeve te tyre. Me tej kryeministri u ndal është tek alternativa e opozitës duke e konsideruar armiqësore për biznesin, taksen progresive. Me herët shefi i qeverise mori pjese edhe ne inaugurimin e qendrës se trafikut te Tiranës. Ai tha se ky investim i Bashkise se Tiranës do te ndihmoje ne lehtësimin qarkullimit dhe pastrimin e ajrit, duke ndikuar drejtpërdrejt ne shëndetin e qytetareve.
