I shoqëruar nga kryeparlamentarja Topalli dhe kandidatet per deputete ne qarkun e Shkodres kryeministri e ka nisur vizitën me përurimin e rrugës Ura Gjadër -- Mnele. Para qytetareve te kësaj zone lideri i maxhorances ka theksuar se ne 4 vitet e ardhshme PD do te punoje per rritjen e rrogave, pensioneve, per ndërtimin e rrugëve dhe shkollave pa harruar te ironizoje kundërshtarin e tij politik. Sipas kryeministrit, qeverisja e djathte ka pasur problemet dhe te metat e saj ne 8 vitet qe kaluan, por pavarësisht gabimeve ajo ka dëshmuar se është serioze dhe punon per rritjen e mirëqenies se shqiptareve.
