Prezantimi i kandidateve për deputete te Partisë Socialiste ka vijuar ne qytetin me te madh te veriut, ne Shkodër. Ne praninë e mijëra njerëzve lideri i opozitës Rama tha se tashme ka ardhur koha e rilindjes edhe për shkodranet, te cilët do te rrezojnë me vote regjimin e Tiranës. Teksa përmendi kandidatet qe do te garojnë ne qarkun verioir, Rama tha se 23 qershori do te shënoje fundin politik te Berishës. Kreu socialist tha se qeveria e nesërme e PS nuk premton parajsën as per Shkodrën dhe as per Shqipërinë, por ndërtimin e nje vendi ku te grithe te trajtohen me dinjitet dhe jo si shërbëtore te pushtetit.
