Negociatat mes kompanisë "Kurum" dhe ministrisë së Ekonomisë për vendosjen e kushteve në kontratë për blerjen e 4 HEC-eve ka edhe katër javë afat. Në një intervistë për Vizion Plus, zv.ministri i ekonomisë Eno Bozdo sqaron se deri tani kompania fituese e tenderit të privatizimit të këtyre hidrocentraleve nuk është tërhequr dhe se brenda pak ditësh do të ndodhë transaksioni i shumës 110 milion euro në arkën e shtetit, që është edhe vlera totale që këto HEC-e janë shitur. Sipas zv.ministrit Bozdo, gjatë zhvillimit të negociatave mes komisionit të vlerësimit të ofertave dhe kompanisë "Kurum" nuk është vënë asnjëherë në diskutim pjesa nëse firma i disponon apo jo paratë për blerjen e HEC-eve. Sipas tij, pjesa më e madhe e kompanive nuk i mbajnë paratë në formën e kesh-it por kjo nuk duhet të lerë vend për abuzime. Sipas ministrisë së ekonomisë pjesa e rimbursimit të TVSh-së së prapambetur kompanisë "Kurum" nuk ka të bëjë me procesin e privatizimit. Tenderi për privatizimin e HEC-eve të Ulzës, Shkopetit dhe Bistrica 1 dhe 2 është diskutuar gjatë për sa i përket gjetjes së mjeteve financiare nga kompania "Kurum". Ndërkohë paratë që financat parashikojnë të marrin nga ky proces, janë marrë hua nga qeveria disa javë më parë në formën e bonove të thesarit, para që do të shlyhen më vonë pasi "Kurum" të bëjë derdhjen e shumës.

The tender for the privatization of HEC's Ulza Shkopet and Bistrica 1 and 2 is discussed in terms of getting funds from the company "Kürüm". While the money that finances intend to take this process, are borrowed from the government a few weeks ago in the form of treasury bills, money that will be paid later as "Kürüm" make payment of the amount.
