Organizata me e rëndësishme e monitorimit te zgjedhjeve, OSBE, ka shprehur shqetësim, lidhur me klimën e tensionuar politike, ne Shqipëri, ne prag te zgjedhjeve parlamentare te 23 qershorit. Ne një interviste për agjencinë italiane te lajmeve ANSA, sekretari i përgjithshëm i OSBE-se, Lamberto Zanier, ka deklaruar, se pret nga Shqipëria, mbajtjen e nje procesi te rregullt dhe te drejte zgjedhor. "Ne po shohim me shqetësim shenjat e një konflikti politik ne rritje dhe presim një proces elektoral shume kompetitiv ne këtë klime tensioni. Dëshiroj te theksoj, se pres nga te gjitha palët, qe te kontribuojnë per te rritur kredibilitetin dhe legjitimitetin ne këtë proces zgjedhor. OSBE ka investuar mjaft ne Shqipëri". Zanier riperseriti se OSBE do te çoje një grup me te madh monitoruesish për te mbikëqyrur këto zgjedhje parlamentare. Sa i takon deklaratave me sfond nacionalist, Zanier tha se një retorike e tille krijon klime destabiliteti ne rajon.
Important organizations monitoring the elections, the OSCE has expressed concern about the tense political climate, in Albania, on the eve of the parliamentary elections of 23 June. In an interview with the Italian news agency ANSA, Secretary General of the OSCE, Lamberto Zannier, has declared that he expects from Albania, maintaining an orderly process and fair election. "We are seeing signs of concern growing political conflict and expect a more competitive electoral process in this climate of tension. I want to emphasize that I expect all parties to contribute to increase the credibility and legitimacy in the electoral process. OSCE has invested a lot in Albania ". Zannier reiterated that the OSCE will lead a large group of monitoruesish to supervise these elections. As for the statements nationalist background, Zannier said that such rhetoric creates a climate of instability in the region.
