Qeverisja shqiptare ka dështuar ne dhënien me koncesion te rrugës se pare nacionale, asaj Thumanë - Rrogozhine. Ky është njoftimi zyrtar i agjencisë se prokurimit publik, e cila ka hapur garën ne datën 25 prill. Por siç rezulton asnjë kompani e interesuar nuk ka paraqitur oferte për këtë koncesion. Behet fjale për segmentin rrugore Fushe Kruje, Ura e Gjoles, Tirane-Rrogozhine-Konjat, e cila ka një gjatësi prej 64 km me një kosto totale prej 650 milion euro. Përfaqësues te sipërmarrësve thonë se dështimi i këtij koncesioni lidhet me dy arsye: Nga ana tjetër ekspertet thonë se qeveria është shume e vonuar ne hapjen e tenderit për këtë segment rrugor, pasi projekti dhe studimet përkatëse kane vite qe janë bere. Ata thonë se tenderi për këtë rruge duhet te ishte hapur qe ne vitin 2008. Kohe me pare një kompani kroate shfaqi interes për këtë koncesion. Por kjo kompani nuk ka preferuar te marre pjese ne tender, duke bere qe tentative e qeverise për te dhëne ndërtim dhe mirëmbajte te rrugës me koncesion te dështoje.
