Qeveria detyrohet qe brenda nje muaji te ndryshoje dy here, variantin per pagesën e tatimit mbi vlerën e shtuar te inputeve bujqësore. Tre jave me pare, parlamenti miratoi përjashtimin nga TVSh-ja per te gjitha plehrat kimike qe përdoren ne bujqësi, ndersa sot ministria e Financave vjen me një tjetër version. Jo me përjashtim, por kompensim. Kjo do te thote qe fermeri do ta paguaje TVSh-në dhe pasi te kete kryer nje sere procedurash do te aplikoje per kthimin e saj. Deputet ne komisionin e Ekonomisë debatuan lidhur me këto ndryshime te shpeshta ligjore, qe per deputetin socialist Malaj ky është nje keqplanifikim i qeverise, ndërsa mazhoranca argumenton se skema e kompensim është me e efektshme se ajo e përjashtimit.
