Ndërsa kane kaluar 24 ore nga dorëheqja e anëtarit te trete te propozuar nga opozita ne KQZ, PS mbetet e vendosur te mos plotësoje vakancat e krijuara pas largimit te Denar Bibes, Albana Shtylles dhe Jani Janit. Sipas sekretarit për çështjet elektorale Damian Gjiknuri, Partia Socialiste nuk do te propozoje asnjë kandidature pas dhunimit qe iu be nga maxhoranca KQZ-se, me shkarkimin e Ilirjan Muros.
Sipas Gjiknurit, kriza ku është futur institucioni kryesor për administrimin e zgjedhjeve, mund te zhbllokohet vetëm me rikompozimin e KQZ-se. Ne ketë rast, e vetmja kërkese e opozitës, është kthimi i legjitimitetit te institucionit, ndërsa modalitetet, duhen përcaktuar ne bisedime me maxhorancen. Ndërkaq nesër ne KQZ fillon beteja për komisionet e nivelit te dyte dhe te trete pasi ne rend te ditës është përfshire kërkesa e republikaneve për te patur një anëtar ne KZAZ.
