Lirimi nga detyra i anëtarit te propozuar ne KQZ nga LSI, Ilirjan Muho, nga ana komisioni i ligjeve, ka tensionuar mbledhjen e këtij institucioni ndërkohe qe vete Muho nuk ishte i pranishëm. 3 përfaqësuesit e propozuar nga opozita kane kontestuar vendimin e maxhorances, duke e cilësuar atë si cenim te pavarësisë se institucionit dhe një ogur te zi për zgjedhjet e 23 qershorit.
Por i vetmi reagim, qe ka ardhur nga anëtaret e tjere te KQZ, ka qene deklarata se ky institucion, nuk ka kompetence te diskutoje vendimet e parlamentit. Ne shenje proteste ndaj lirimit te Ilirjan Muhos 3 anëtaret e propozuar nga opozita kane braktisur mbledhjen e KQZ, ndërsa ne mungese te kuorumit kryetarja e kqz ka vendosur ta shtyje atë për një dite tjetër.
