Opozita kundërshton me force projektligjin për administratën gjyqësore, pasi e konsideron atë një shkelje te Kushtetutës. Gjate seancës parlamentare, socialistet vunë ne dukje se ky draft nuk zgjidh çështjet e administratës por i jep me shume kompetenca ministrit te drejtësisë. Gjate séances parlamentare nuk kane munguar as akuzat personale per implikime ne banda kriminale. Ministri i drejtësise Eduart Halimi tha se deputeti socialist Armando Subashi ka mbështetur ish anëtare te KLD te lidhur me krimin. Por pas akuzave te ministrit, kryetarja e kuvendit Jozefina Topalli nuk ka lejuar replikën e deputetit Subashi. Qëndrimi i socialisteve kundër projekt ligjit u shpreh qe ne momentin e shqyrtimit ne komisionet parlamentare. Vete qeveria e kishte sjelle draftin për ta miratuar me shumice te cilësuar, por opozita shprehu objeksionet e saj, ajo e shndërroi ne komisionin e ligjeve ne një projekt-ligj me shumice te thjeshte.
