Edhe pse ka disa muaj që Dhoma Amerikane ka ngritur këto shqetësime, kreu i ekzekutivit i ka kundërshtuar këto kritika duke i quajtur "personale". Kryeministri ka pranuar edhe problemin që ekziston me pjesën e rimbursimit të TVSh-së. Ky shqetësim u ngrit nga shumë biznese, të cilat i argumentuan kryeministrit se përveç situatës së krizës ekonomike, prapambetja në kthimin e TVSh-së ka bërë që shumë sipërmarrës të kenë mungesë të theksuar të likuiditetit. Duke komentuar nismat e fundit lehtësuese për nxitjen e investimeve kryeministri tha se deficitit buxhetor do të rritet me 200 milion euro. Tashmë shpresat e financave për peshën që do të kenë në buxhet këto lehtësira fiskale mbështeten në rikuperimin e biznesit në mënyrë që të rriten të ardhurat në arkën e shtetit. por reflektimi i këtyre nismave ne rritje ekonomike, siç pranohet dhe nga ekzekutivi, do të ndodhë në një kohë më të vonë.
