Aksidentet e shumta rrugore vijnë si mungese e sjelljeve te duhura ne trafik! Këtë mesazh jep ne Tirane politikani i njohur si dhe ish-zëvendës kancelari austriak Erhard Busek, i cili ndodhet ne Shqipëri lidhur me një aktivitet qe ka te beje me shkembimin e eksperiencave mbi trafikun rrugor. Per Busek, Shqipëria ka nje numër tejet te larte makinash, por drejtuesve te tyre iu mungon edukata e qarkullimit rrugor. Duke iu referuar eksperiencës austriake, Busek shprehet se këto rregulla duhet te mësohen qe ne shkolle nga fëmijët. Numri i makinave ne Shqiperi është impresionues, por ky fakt ka sjelle edhe mjaft probleme. Telefonat celulare janë një tjetër shqetësim, jo vetem per ata qe ngasin makinën e njëkohësisht flasin ne telefon, por edhe për kalimtaret te cilët shpesh jane te pakujdesshëm. Une mendoj se shqiptaret duhet te mësojnë nga eksperienca e te tjerëve. Rregullat e sjelljes rrugore duhet te mësohen qe tek fëmijët me programe te veçanta ne shkolla. Politikani dhe aktivisti austriak nuk e sheh problematiken vetem tek drejtuesit e mjeteve. Sipas Erhard Busek, eshte kalimtaret apo drejtuesit e biçikletave e kane te domosdoshme edukimin, i cili sipas tij eshte mjaft i paket ne Shqipëri.
