Ndërsa çeshtja e 21 janarit eshte ne qender te debatit politik, Kryeministri Sali Berisha ka deklaruar se po shqyrton mundësinë e shpalljes se kesaj date si feste kombëtare ne nderim te kongresit te Lushnjës. Gjate nje bashkëbisedimi me qytetaret e Lushnjës, lideri i maxhorances e nxori kete ide si përgjigje te nje pyetjeje nga salla. Por ne javën qe rivali i tij Edi Rama ka organizuar tryezat per shendetesine, edhe Kryeministri ka sqaruar edhe vizionin e tij per kete sektor jetik. Ai pranon se ka probleme te renda, por qeveria mendon se baze per suksesin ne sektorin e shendetesise mund te jete vetëm shërbimi ne baze te kontributeve shëndetësore. Me sloganin "Ne jemi ndryshimi, përpara" dhe me moton se deri ne 23 qershor kryeministri i vërtete është qytetari, lideri i maxhorances Sali Berisha ka shpalosur programin elektoral te PD para qytetareve te Lushnjës.
