Opozita ne Komisionin e Sigurisë hodhi dyshime te forta se agjencitë e inteligjencës po përdoren per te manipuluar zgjedhjet e 23 qershorit. Nënkryetari i komisionit Ilir Gjoni kërkoi thirrjen ne seance urgjente te shefit te SHISH dhe te agjencisë pranë Ministrisë se Mbrojtjes. Gjithashtu socialisti Piro Lutaj denoncoi përdorimin e mjeteve ushtarake ne komunat e drejtuara nga demokratet, per te ndikuar ne fushatën elektorale. Komisioni i Sigurisë ka parashikuar seance dëgjimore per situatën e rendit ne vend, ne 5 shkurt me ministrin Noka. Te majtët thane se krimi po mbizotëron kudo. Por opozita ka vene alarmin edhe per situatën e furnizimit me energji, e cila sipas PS, eshte e gjitha ne duart e kompanive serbe. Komisioni parlamentar i Sigurise amendoi marrëveshjen e ekstradimit, firmosur nga qeveria e Shqipërisë dhe ajo e Kosovës. Deputeti socialist Arben Isaraj e cilesoi te pavend përdorimin edhe te gjuhes serbe, ne nje marrëveshje mes 2 shteteve me qe kane gjuhe zyrtare, Shqipen. Përfaqësuesja e qeverise tha se serbishtja ishte përdorur me kerkese te pales kosovare. Pas hyrjes ne fuqi te kesaj marreveshje, dy shtetet mund te ekstradojnë te denuar per vepre penale, duke përjashtuar ato krime, qe kane sfond politik.
