Kater votat e LSI duket se do te kene nje rol kyc, ne debatin per shperndarjen e re te mandateve parlamentare, nese dy forcat e medha politike nuk arrijne kompromisin.
Nënkryetari i Kuvendit, deputeti i LSI Nasip Naço thote per Vizion Plus se nuk do te kete marrëveshje paraprake me asnje force politike ne votimin per mandatet, pasi partia qe drejtohet nga Ilir Meta kundërshton zbritjen e numrit te deputeteve ne qarkun e Beratit. KQZ nuk arriti te merrte nje vendim per shpërndarjen e mandateve, ne mungese te konsensusit, e duket se debati do te zhvendoset ne Parlament. Por juristi Sokol Hazizaj shprehet i prere ne interpretimin kushtetues, se vendimi per mandatet i takon vetëm KQZ. Opozita kundërshtoi me force dhe i konsideroi te manipuluara te dhenat e gjendjes civile per qarkun e Kukesit, duke këmbëngulur se zhvendosja e popullsisë eshte fiktive. E mbi kete logjike, nuk mbështet projektin qe qarku Kukes te ruaje numrin e mandateve sipas vitit 2009.
